Teheraner Verwirrspiele – Moussavie allein zu Hause

Moussavie macht also nicht mit und verweigert sich der netten Kommission des Wächterrates – Karrubi folgt und dann macht Rezai, hat er gesagt, auch nicht mit.

Moussavie schlägt im Gegenzug vor:

In a letter to the Guardian Council, Iran’s election watchdog, on Saturday, Mousavi said an independent and legal committee, which would be accepted by all presidential contenders and supported by senior clerics, would pursue and settle the issues that sparked protests after the June 12 presidential election.

Reiterating his position on the final result of the election, he said the nullification of the disputed election would be the most “appropriate” solution to ongoing situation and a means to rebuild public confidence.

Mousavi, the last Iranian prime minister, said that certain members of the Guardian Council have violated regulations in the election and did not observe impartiality. “So, the body or a team assigned by it cannot make a fair judgment on the post-election events.”

Soweit das staatliche Press TV, Reuters jedoch bezieht sich in einer kurzen Meldung auf Moussavies Facebook und da ist nur von einer Forderung nach der Annulierung der Wahlen die Rede.

“This kind of recount will not remove ambiguities…There is no other way but annulment of the vote…Some members of this committee are not impartial,” Mousavi said in a statement posted on his website.

Offensichtlich ist, daß Moussavie sich nun einerseits an die  – mehr oder minder fiktiven -  legalen Wege halten will (Beantragung von Demonstrationen….), etwas, was auch der Expertenrat von ihm gefordert hat (unter dem Vorsitz seines Allierten Rafsandjani), daß er aber andererseits grundsätzlich nicht nachgibt.

Jedenfalls nicht gegenüber dem Wächterrat, der unter dem Vorsitz des geistlichen  Mentors von Ahmedinejat steht. Jenseits dieser Bastion sprechen sich immer wieder hohe Kleriker für die Berechtigung der Kritik an den Wahlen aus. Hier der nächste.

Derweil wächst der Druck auf ihn. Bisher ohne Erfolg. Seine Bewegungsfreiheit scheint stark eingeschränkt, vielleicht steht er unter Hausarrest. Sein Umfeld scheint großflächig verhaftet worden zu sein. Meldung via Niac vom Freitag:

Moussavi has been “essentially under house arrest since Monday,” according to the reports they have received. Therefore, said Gooya, “any event announced from now on is not linked to Mousavi and is only in his support.” Gooya news also said “all Mousavi’s associates have been arrested and every day more of them are detained. Therefore, Kalemeh website is no longer under the control of Mousavi’s close associates. Even Mousavi’s family members are under surveillance…according to reports by Mousavi’s associates, the number of arrested people has passed 1000 and there is no news about many of them.”

Derweil werden konkrete Drohszenarien aufgebaut, die entweder Drohung bleiben können, die man aber auch jederzeit sofort “justiziabel” machen könnte. Ein perfides Unternehmen:

The police department announced in a statement, published by the Persian-language daily ‘Vatan-e Emrouz’ on Saturday, that after the police squad searched a building in Haft-e-Tir square in central Tehran, which seemingly operated as a campaign center for one of the presidential candidates, on June 22, they found documents substantiating that the building had been used for organizing illegal gatherings, encouraging unrests and activities against the country’s national security, conducting psychological warfare and agitating the public opinions.

The police department also reiterated that with respect to the discovered documents, the building had turned into a center for commanding psychological warfare against Iran’s national security.
