Er ist 31 Jahre alt, lebt in Köln und rappt, seine Texte sind politisch. Das hat Shahin Najafi jüngst ein Todesurteil eingebracht – der Großajatollah in Teheran ruft zum Mord auf. Die deutsche Öffentlichkeit reagiert seltsam teilnahmslos auf die Drohungen.
Gab es das schon, dass eine Hinrichtung in Deutschland öffentlich angekündigt und dem Mörder ein Kopfgeld von 100.000 Dollar versprochen wird? Seit knapp vier Wochen steht Shahin Najafi, ein 31-jähriger Dichter und Sänger, auf der Todesliste des iranischen Regimes. Hunderttausende in Iran lieben seine Musik und die Texte seiner Lieder, die von Frauenrechten, Religion und Freiheit handeln. Für eines dieser Lieder wurde Shahin zu hundert Peitschenhieben und drei Jahren Haft verurteilt. Er konnte rechtzeitig nach Deutschland fliehen, wo er seit 2005 lebt und seine künstlerische Karriere entfaltet.
Seine neueste Single stellte er am 7. Mai dieses Jahres ins Netz. Darin bittet er einen schiitischen Heiligen, den 10. Imam, er möge zur Erde zurückkehren und die Missstände im heutigen Iran beseitigen. Wenige Stunden später begannen die staatlich kontrollierten Medien Irans, einen Tötungsbefehl gegen Shahin zu verbreiten. Sie nutzten hierbei eine Fatwa, also das Rechtsgutachten eines Ayatollah, die jede „Schmähung“ des 10. Imam als Religionsbeleidigung und als Abfall vom Glauben definiert – ein Delikt, auf das in Iran die Todesstrafe steht.
Iran Smuggling Arms to Syria, Hizbullah through Passenger Jets

Citing Western security sources, ZDF said that Iran Air and Yas Air have repeatedly used aircraft designated as passenger planes to transport weapons to the Assad regime and Hizbullah.

Dubbed “Flame” by Kaspersky, the malicious code dwarfs Stuxnet in size — the groundbreaking infrastructure-sabotaging malware that is believed to have wreaked havoc on Iran’s nuclear program in 2009 and 2010. Although Flame has both a different purpose and composition than Stuxnet, and appears to have been written by different programmers, its complexity, the geographic scope of its infections and its behavior indicate strongly that a nation-state is behind Flame, rather than common cyber-criminals — marking it as yet another tool in the growing arsenal of cyberweaponry. The user who published the clip said that it was filmed last Sunday in the village of Miane in northwest Iran. Witnesses said the young man had been arrested for allegedly drinking alcohol.

Najafi, whose song „Ay Naghi“ brought two fatwas, or calls for his death, within days of its release on Facebook, will not be intimidated, though he knows he cannot perform live, according to Gunter Wallraff, a non-fiction writer who hid Najafi until German police found him and placed him in a safehouse.
“On the contrary, he feels responsible to himself and to his many young followers, especially in Iran, not to give in,” Wallraff said in an exclusive interview with FoxNews.com. “The death threats show that this regime needs the image of an enemy because it can no longer offer any values and is therefore looking for helpless victims.”
Najafi, 32, who is a German citizen and has lived in Cologne, is a star in his homeland, where he has 200,000 fans on his Facebook page. He fled to Germany in 2005 after being sentenced to a hundred lashes and three years in jail. But his new song brought the ultimate sentence because it is considered an insult to a ninth-century Shiite imam, Ali al Hadi al-Naqi, also known as Imam Naghi. Shiites venerate al-Naqi, a direct descendant of the Prophet Muhammad. An Iranian website, Shia Online, has offered $100,000 to anyone who kills Najafi.

Sie haben seinen Song „Naghi“ als Blasphemie und Najafi zum „Apostaten“ erklärt, weil er in dem Song das iranische Gottesstaatsregime heftig kritisiert, das die Menschen zu geknechteten, verlassenen, verächtlichen, ohnmächtigen Wesen macht, die nach der Pfeife des Regimes tanzen müssen. Mit ihrem Bannspruch reagieren die die Stellvertreter Allahs auf Erden zugleich auch auf die Bildsatire, die den Song im Internet illustriert und mit der Najafi gegen die sexuelle Repression im Iran protestiert. Die Satire zeigt eine Moscheekuppel, die einer weiblichen Brust ähnelt. Auf ihr ist die Regenbogenfahne der Emanzipationsbewegung der Homosexuellen gehisst.
Shahin Najafi ist mit der Fatwa des Großayatolla Ali Safi-Golpajegani, wie vor ihm auch Salman Rushdie, für vogelfrei erklärt. Auf seinen Kopf sollen 100.000 US-Dollar ausgesetzt worden sein.
Khameneis Fatwa gegen Atomwaffen: eine iranische Propagandamär

Dazu wird regelmäßig auf eine Fatwa, also ein bindendes religiöses Rechtsgutachten, des obersten geistlichen Führers der Islamischen Republik, Ali Khamenei, verwiesen, demzufolge die Produktion, der Besitz und die Anwendung von Massenvernichtungswaffen mit den Prinzipien des Islam unvereinbar seien. Von westlichen Politikern, Experten und Kommentatoren ist dies auf breiter Front für bare Münze genommen worden. So haben sich zuletzt sowohl US-Außenministerin Hillary Clinton als auch Präsident Barack Obama bei ihren Sondierungen zur Lösung des Atomkonflikts mit der Islamischen Republik Iran positiv darauf bezogen. Im März etwa ließ Obama Khamenei auf geheimen Kanälen eine Botschaft zukommen, in der er dessen Fatwa als einen guten Ausgangspunkt für die jetzt angelaufenen Verhandlungen der EU3+3 (Großbritannien, Frankreich, Deutschland, USA, Russland und China) mit dem Iran bezeichnete. Auch Institutionen wie die Internationale Atomenergiebehörde (IAEA) beziehen Khameneis Dekret als eine gegebene Tatsache in ihre Einschätzungen des iranischen Atomprogramms ein. Das Problem ist nur: Eine solche Fatwa des iranischen “Revolutionsführers” hat es in Wirklichkeit nie gegeben.
