Tehran Interim Friday prayer leader Ayatollah Ahmad Jannati said in his sermon today that the burning of the Koran by Christian-Zionist extremists is insane behavior, and that it indicates the arrogant powers‘ desperation against the vigilance of the Muslim nations.

He said that the holy book does not belong to Iran alone, but to 1.5 billion Muslims around the world, and to „the previous and next generations.“
